• In my opinion the mute swan is one of the easygoing birds (large body, can get close to it and is quite common) to start your birding photography, as it is one of the biggest birds, it isn't a shy one, and, yeah the mute swan is quite aggressive, when it comes, to the point when he decides, that you have crossed his territory. As you can see in these pictures, I have made the mistake of not getting onto his level, but, it was physical impossible at that moment.
• Starting tip: his younglings are very cute and easy to get, but you must be careful when their parents are near. In fact, there is no masking and waiting (probably he will think that you are going to feed him, so he will swim to you) required to get this one.
